I led a dynamic global team of over 60 talented individuals dedicated to The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) creative production efforts in North America. My team's expertise spanned program and project management, photo and video content production, business affairs, editing, motion and animation, design, retouching and quality control. Together, we were the engine driving TCCC's creative vision into tangible, impactful assets.

My core responsibility was to oversee the successful execution of all digital, video and print production initiatives for TCCC's key partnerships in North America. This meant ensuring not only the timely and on-budget completion of deliverables but also maintaining the highest standards of quality and overall client satisfaction. A significant part of my role involved strategically ensuring that the right people, processes and partners were aligned to achieve the best possible production solutions. I consistently assessed our workflows, simplifying complex processes to identify and implement efficiencies that benefited both our team and our client partners.

To deliver these results in a consistently quick-paced, high-volume environment, I managed and fostered strong collaboration with teams across all of Open X, including working hand-in-hand with strategy, creative, social, media, implementation and agency operations. This integrated approach was crucial for navigating complex projects and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
